Short bio:

Mr. Judex Soulange holds a CEng and an MBA. Mr. Soulange has long standing experience in the mechanical and electrical area. In addition of being a Marine Surveyor, he carries out Energy Auditing, Risk Management, Repairs and Servicing, Machinery Inspection, Marine Survey, Crane Technology and Training.

Mr Soulange is a registered Trainer with MQA. Mr Soulange was a team member for the Survey on Energy use and energy efficiency in the Hotel sector and subsequently worked on the Survey on Energy use and energy efficiency in the Transport, SME and Industry sectors.
